The mission of Walking with Moms in Need is to provide support and resources to local pregnant and new mothers in need. As Pope Francis has reminded us, when we reach out to mothers in need, we create “islands of mercy” building a culture of life within our communities and in the world. Walkingwith Moms in Need is a compassionate response whose purpose is to help facilitate the accompaniment of mothers in need right here within our community. At Communion of Saints parish, we welcome women facing an unexpected pregnancy or new mothers challenged with a new baby. We are here to help you find the needed resources for yourself and for your baby. If you are an expectant or new mother in need of assistance with your pregnancy or parenting your small children, Walking with Moms in Need is here to help you. Please email wwmin@communionofsaintsparish.org and someone will contact you and will personally talk withyou about your situation and needs. We will assist you in finding help from our local community resources as well as through other local parishes. These resources will walk with you to bring help and hope during your journey.
