I was born and raised in Cleveland, ministering in the OCIA(RCIA) from my Graduate Studies at Boston College until now at COS. In fact, my parish ministry began here at St. Ann with the start of RCIA. So, I am appropriately ending as I began, in Cleveland Heights which is also my home.
I have been blessed by my many years of ministry in RCIA through which I have been deeply touched by those coming into full communion as Catholics. Ministry has taken me to many places in the world in various roles as an educator, administrator and community leader.
I am grateful for all these opportunities to serve God’s people as Vatican II calls us in the preface to the document on the Church in the Modern World: the joys and hopes, griefs and anxieties of the people are ours as a community united in Christ. We are therefore called and sent into the the world to announce the GOOD NEWS.
