Infant Baptism – Communion of Saints Parish

To celebrate an infant baptism, parents should be members of our parish and need to attend a Pre-Baptism Class if they have not done so previously.

Baptisms can be celebrated at any weekend Mass as the schedule allows (one child per Mass). Or they are celebrated on the 2^nd and 4^th Sundays each month at 11:15AM at St. Philomena Church or at 12:45PM at St. Ann Church as the schedule allows. Multiple baptisms can be scheduled at those times outside of Mass.

Please call the Parish Office at 216-321-0024 to arrange for all Baptisms and register for a pre-Baptism class.

Please print out and complete the Baptismal Registration Form and return it via email to office@communionofsaintsparish.org or drop it off at the Parish Office.
